Gap Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team for an immediate/as soon as possible start.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 – 17:30
  • 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • General administrative duties
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal records
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Reliable and able to work independently
